How to report copyright infringement on My Porn Buddy, and how to send a counter-notification.

Policy
My Porn Buddy respects the rights of copyright owners. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the DMCA), and we remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright expeditiously after we receive a valid notice.
Designated agent
Send notices of claimed infringement and counter-notifications to our designated agent:

Notice of claimed infringement
If you believe that material on My Porn Buddy infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the URL of the post and of the image.
- Your contact information: your address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the way complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
A notice that is missing one of these elements may not be enough for us to act on it. Please consider whether the use of the material is a fair use or is otherwise authorized before you send a notice.
Takedown procedure
When we receive a notice that includes the six elements above, we remove the identified material or disable access to it. When we know who provided the material, we tell them that it was removed and why, and we explain how to send a counter-notification.
Counter-notification
If you provided material that was removed, and you believe that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notification to the designated agent. It must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and of the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or from that person’s agent.
We send a copy of the counter-notification to the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification.
Repeat infringers
My Porn Buddy has no reader accounts: its content is published by the site owner. In appropriate circumstances, we stop publishing material from a source or a person that has repeatedly been the subject of valid notices.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, can be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
